PAYMENT

Beautiqué requires full payment of your procedure immediately before or after your procedure. Payments can be made via cash, EFTPOS, Afterpay or bank transfer. If full payment is not made in accordance with our terms and conditions, Beautiqué reserves the right to pursue you for payment of outlays, fees, interest and costs associated with recuperating such amounts. We are also a no refund clinic.

 

BOOKING AND/OR RECEIVING A PROCEDURE/TREATMENT

If you book and/or receive a procedure/treatment from Beautiqué, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of Beautiqué’s terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not understand and accept Beautiqué’s Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy, please do not book and/or receive a procedure/treatment.

 Beautiqué requires a $50 booking deposit in advance for all procedures/treatments. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment you are eligible for a refund, excluding administration and merchant fees.

If you require any support in cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, please contact us and we can assist you.

 

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING

Beautiqué requires a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to rescheduling an appointment. Patient’s who reschedule their appointment with less than 48 hours notice will in turn lose their booking deposit.

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

Beautiqué requires a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to cancelling an appointment. Patient’s who cancel their appointment with less than 48 hours notice will in turn lose their booking deposit.

 

LATE POLICY

Unfortunately if a patient arrives more than 10 minutes late to an appointment we will be unable to treat them (if we are fully booked).

However we will do our best to reschedule the appointment for a time that suits the patient best.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Beautiqué reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, in accordance with the appropriate legislation and guidelines.

Not in conjunction with any other offer.

  Treatment/procedure packages are not able to be split between more than one person or transferred to another unless stated otherwise.

Treatments/procedure and service packages are not transferable to other individuals unless stated otherwise.

 Promotional pricing is not valid for existing bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the stated promotion period.

 Offers are for a limited time only and are also subject to availability.

 Beautiqué reserves the right to discontinue a sale/promotion or modify pricing at any given time without previous advertisement or notification.

 Promotion pricing only applies to identified procedures/treatments only.

 Beautiqué reserves the right to decide suitable treatment for the client and can refuse treatment if a client is deemed not suitable. The medical practitioner at their absolute discretion makes this decision.

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes the personal information that may be gathered by Beautiqué Cosmetic Clinic (Beautiqué), the choices you can make about your personal information and how Beautiqué protects your information. Beautiqué may modify this Privacy Policy at any stage and at our sole discretion and in harmony with relevant legislation.

·       Telecommunications Industry Standard 2007 where Beautiqué engages in telemarketing.

·       Do Not Call Register Act 2006 where Beautiqué engages in telemarketing; and

Beautiqué may also decide to use your personal information where it is permitted or required by law. Beautiqué may also intend to use your information where you have provided Beautiqué with your implied or expressed consent.

 When Beautiqué provides personal information to establishments who make services for Beautiqué; such as: mail houses, specialist information technology companies, or other contractors to Beautiqué, Beautiqué demands those companies to protect your personal information as meticulously as Beautiqué does. Firm contractual and other quality assurance procedures are used to certify your personal information is protected.

 Beautiqué might collect personal information from you (but not limited to) when:

·       You fill in Beautiqué’s ‘Patient Intake Form’;

·       You contact Beautiqué by any means;

·       You fill in Beautiqué’s ‘Consent Form’;

·       Create an account with Beautiqué

Beautiqué will assemble personal information from you by reasonable and lawful means.

 “Unsolicited” personal information is personal information about an individual that an organisation has inadvertently received. This is an infrequent occurrence for Beautiqué, but when and if it does happen, Beautiqué will protect your personal information with the same thoroughness as they treat the personal information they intended to collect. If Beautiqué could not have composed this information through our normal processes, Beautiqué will un-identify that information as soon as they sensibly can.

  

ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You have the right to request the personal information Beautiqué hold about you. This right is subject to law and your payment of our costs for investigating your request and gaining your personal information (if your request is approved).

 After your payment of our costs, and Beautiqué has had adequate time to study your request, and subject to applicable privacy laws, if your request is approved, Beautiqué will provide the personal information that you requested. Beautiqué will deal with your request in a timely manner.
